Oyo 15534 Hotel Milan Palace

I came here for a party. The food was a disaster, and the catering was the worst. They served the next table but couldn’t serve ours.

The rooms looked decent and the place seemed good from outside, but our stay was disappointing. We had booked three rooms early and arrived late, around 10 pm, yet nobody had checked whether they were clean or working. There was no water in any of them at first. After we told staff, dirty water came through for a while, then it cleared up. One room still had an irregular supply, so we couldn't use its bathroom. They wanted the full payment as soon as we checked in, while the service was poor. The receptionist wasn't welcoming, and the next day we couldn't get a bill for our stay because he apparently wasn't there. Check-out is at 11 pm regardless of what time you arrive. We ordered chicken corn soup, but it tasted like unseasoned vegetable water with a few vegetables in it. Not satisfactory.

The room and service weren’t good.

The Manager Owner and staff took great care of us during our wedding reception and helped make it memorable. They were kind, courteous, and helpful throughout. The facility was clean and well maintained, and worked well for a get-together. Thank you.
