Set among lush tea gardens, Green Tea Resort has a calm, refreshing feel that's great for a break. It's family and child friendly, and felt safe for a holiday with loved ones. Malbazar Road is just a 2-minute walk away, so getting there is easy while the property itself stays quiet. Our rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well kept, and there was a wide range of fresh, tasty food. The staff were polite and cooperative throughout, from check-in to check-out. Special thanks to manager Mr. Maloy Mitra for his courteous manner and exceptional hospitality. A good place to unwind and enjoy the scenery, with strong service, ambience, and value for money.

The ambience is good, and room service was good too. The rooms themselves are average, but the food is very good.

The food was good, but the ratings here are deceptive. The property isn't maintained at all apart from the garden. It's a little off the main road, with a short rough patch to get there. Rooms are very basic and poorly maintained, and for what they charge there are definitely better places nearby.

The setting in the middle of Batabari Tea Garden, Lataguri is lovely, and I enjoyed my stay. The rooms are good, though the ground floor needs more improvement. Being among the trees also means insects are everywhere, so the window system needs work. The ambience is really nice.
