A good experience. The staff were very good and cooperative.

The location is a big plus, right in the heart of the city and adjacent to the bus stand, and traffic wasn’t a problem. But the hotel itself is a worry. The rooms are quite small, so don’t trust the photos, and the furnishing isn’t good. I have to say the bathroom is much better than the room.

For 1299 rupees, the room they gave me didn’t justify the price. It was cramped for that range, and the washroom hadn’t been cleaned after the previous checkout. There was a strong cigarette and damp smell, and the bedsheet was dirty with several spots.

The AC didn’t cool the room properly, and the TV and AC remotes were missing. The place was very dirty, with dirt across the floor and dirty bedsheets and pillows. The rooms were in very bad, unclean condition.

I booked for two days through the Oyo app and wanted to move, but there were no rooms vacant at nearby hotels because of the NTPC exam. The room was pathetic, with mosquitoes all over and cockroaches too. Look at the images and judge for yourself. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever seen. If zero stars were an option, I’d choose that.
