We checked out immediately for our peace of mind and safety, and didn’t continue the stay. At the restaurant, a waiter behaved rudely and misbehaved with us. The situation got so serious that we had to call the police, who came to the hotel. The hotel initially refused to refund us, which was frustrating and unprofessional. Only after police intervention did they agree to refund the amount for the next day. Service was extremely poor throughout. This was one of my worst hotel experiences, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone expecting basic courtesy, safety, or professional service.

I wish I could leave a negative rating. After checking in and going out, we came back to find small cockroaches all over the room and bed. The reception was very rude when we reported it. We were a group of girls and asked about our safety because the door locks weren’t working properly. It’s an old hotel with no maintenance, and the AC didn’t work either.

Hotel Dariya Darshan was a complete waste of money. Rooms costing over ₹5,000 may sound premium, but the walls leak during monsoon, the whole place smells damp, and maintenance is a joke. They charged ₹2,800 for a five-hour “half day stay.” We checked in late because of their own mismanagement, yet got no reimbursement or even basic courtesy. This feels like daylight robbery dressed up as hospitality. Avoid it.
