Hotel Ocean Inn

Devaka Beach is right across from the hotel, which made the location excellent. The staff were very helpful and the service was excellent too. Sharad at the front desk deserves a special mention for the great service. Food was good quality, with all types available, and the staff supported us well throughout a really enjoyable holiday. The bed mattress could use some refurbishment.

I had a comfortable stay, with good service and beautiful sea-facing views that were easily the best part. Hot water was available all day. There was enough parking inside for four-wheelers, and space for two-wheelers just outside the gate. The costs felt high, though, especially since there’s no swimming pool. The in-house restaurant was pricey too, and there are other hotels in the same area with pools at similar rates. The TV only had local cable channels, no YouTube or OTT apps, though the channel selection was decent. The room and food prices could be more reasonable.

There were mosquitoes all over, in the room, lift, and restaurant, and the buffet had very little variety. The food was tasteless and below par. The room was far too small for what they charged, so the whole stay was a poor experience. I can’t recommend this place to anyone. 👎🏻

I was in Daman for a marriage ceremony and was really pleased with the front staff. My room was clean and spacious, and breakfast was good and delicious. I’d recommend this hotel for families. Raju Dallas, Texas
