Casa Hotel Jubilee Hills

The location is excellent, and the in-room dining menu is quite affordable. Rooms were clean, but nothing fancy, and breakfast was very modest. This is a no-frills hotel with basic amenities, so the rest was average. Laundry wasn't always available, and checkout took longer than expected early in the morning. Ideal for a short stay.

I felt the towels had been used many times before, and they smelled awful. I genuinely suspect they're using second-hand items. The towels seemed like they could have come from a spa, and the sheets may have been reused from other hotels. They make you check out by 11 AM with no exceptions. I was unwell and politely asked for just a 1-2 hour extension, but they refused even though nobody was waiting to check in. The hotel seemed mostly empty, with hardly any customers, and the refusal showed how little they cared. The place was filthy, like a cockroach factory, and the bathroom wasn't hygienic. This hotel shouldn't even be operating.

Casa Hotel – Jubilee Hills is a mid-range budget hotel with beautifully designed interiors. The hotel management says its warm hospitality and top-quality service continue to win the hearts of its valued customers. For me, the service was excellent.

Mr Somyakant at reception was very helpful and made sure our stay went smoothly. The rooms were neat and tidy, and the food was good. The stay was fine.
