Hotel Reevanta

At Hotel Reevanta, the food was better than I expected and tasted excellent. The hotel was clean and comfortable, the service was good, and the staff were polite and helpful. It was a pleasant stay and good value for money. I’d definitely recommend it.

The food had a noticeable unpleasant smell, and when we pointed it out, staff just said “sorry.” We complained again and were told the person who tests the food was absent that day. That’s unacceptable for a place serving food to the public. There was no manager available to deal with our concerns. Staff didn’t seem empowered to fix anything, and could only repeat apologies without offering a solution. Service was struggling too: the team appeared understaffed and didn’t seem trained to handle even basic customer feedback. With questionable food safety and no management oversight, the meal brought frustration and didn’t feel worth the risk or cost. I’d strongly advise eating elsewhere.

The market is an easy walk from Hotel Reevanta, and I was impressed by how clean the rooms were. Housekeeping came daily, which I appreciated. The staff were supportive and courteous, and the restaurant food was excellent. Breakfast was included and very tasty. My family and I were happy with our stay. A few things could be improved: mineral water bottles shouldn’t be charged, there should be watches in every room, and they could plan for a swimming pool given the space. Thank you, Hotel Reevanta.

The restaurant food was excellent, and the staff were amazing. I can’t be too harsh about the hotel since I chose it for its location for work, but it’s probably at the lower end of three stars.
