They charged us a hefty extra visitor fee even though our visitor didn’t stay the night. It felt like they make up policies whenever it suits them as another way to get money from guests. The pool couldn’t be used because it was never kept clean. For a hefty room rate, we got average to almost no amenities, and the staff were rude. You can get much better rooms at another hotel in the area for the same price. Stay away from this place.

Getting to the beach road was easy, and the location is really good. The rooms were good too, and the staff were especially helpful in the restaurant. Reception helped us with requests, including renting a scooty and arranging a taxi. Both people we dealt with were well behaved. Really recommended.

We were disappointed by the welcome at Manpasad, which we’d appreciated on earlier visits, so we had to reject it this time. I’m pro Hotel Sai Regency. The meal was very tasty, and the service excellent.

The food, especially breakfast, was just bakwas, and service was painfully slow. The manager was rude from check-in through checkout, and the staff were rude too. They don’t seem to care about guests at all. Such a horrible stay and a complete waste of money. Don’t go there, just stay away from this third-class hotel.
