Dirty, poorly maintained rooms and no proper privacy, since the staff would disturb guests for no reason. There were even instances of snakes getting into the room, which felt completely unsafe. The swimming pool hours didn't seem fixed. Staff would tell guests to leave whenever they wanted, apparently depending on their mood. The staff's behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional, as if they were running the place for personal reasons instead of serving guests. It was a terrible stay, and I strongly don't recommend this hotel. Avoid it if you want a safe, peaceful visit.

There's a swimming pool with a soundbar, and it was a full-enjoy group stay. Shops are nearby, the location is central, and the beach is easy to get to. Good value, friendly, hardworking staff, a varied food selection, and a professional animation team.

The location was beautiful, but poor management and unprofessional behavior spoiled the visit. We came to the restaurant and for a stay expecting a relaxing meal, but service was very slow. We waited far too long for our order, and even after reminding the staff several times, they seemed careless. The manager and owner were rude and unapologetic when we raised it. The food was average at best and not worth the price or wait. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Towels and soaps weren't available in the rooms when they were ready. The bedrooms were ugly, and nothing about the stay was good. Food and alcohol were overpriced, room service was the worst, and the location was very bad for staying. The AC and TV didn't work. I can't recommend this to anyone.
