The staff were lovely, especially divyesh bhai, Raj bhai and shravan bhai. The place has a Portuguese feel, and I personally enjoyed my stay. It’s right in the middle of the market with lots of people around, so avoid it if you want somewhere peaceful. I’ll visit again soon.

The hotel is fine, but the view is poor and the staff service was disappointing. I suggest skipping this property.

The food was good, but the staff were really rough in their manner. The woman at reception was especially rude, so I wouldn’t choose this hotel.

Breakfast was good, and room service was okay. They also have their own restaurant. But a blower made noise throughout our stay, ruining New Year for us. We asked for another room and they didn’t bother changing it. They just want the money without providing good service. Totally unacceptable. I’ve attached a video of the noise recorded during the stay.

I ordered boneless chicken, but they sent chicken with bones instead. It tasted bad too.
