Hotel Soft Petals By Arn Group by OYO Rooms

The staff were really nice, and the room was good.

It’s a cheap hotel, 800 for one day. There’s an extra charge for more people and for a mattress.

We booked through oyo two days in advance for one night while we were there for an examination. After we arrived, we waited 10 minutes before they gave us a room in very bad condition. The bedsheet was really dirty, and there was water spilled on the floor. We asked to change rooms, but they didn’t even offer us water. The water they gave us was like tap water. There’s no food service here, and no blanket for the night. The air conditioner was set to 25, and we couldn’t change it. The staff and manager were very humble.

The location is the only thing that deserves more than one star. The staff look untrained, and the rooms had very old, second-hand ACs with weak cooling. They take the remotes away. The bedsheet and pillow cover hadn’t been changed, and there was no dustbeen in the room. At checkout they force everyone to give 5 stars on the oyo app, which is why its rating there is so high, up to 4.5 stars.
