The room itself was good, but don’t trust the pictures too much. The outdoor areas didn’t look as shown, and the lawn was completely dry and poorly maintained. There’s no spa at the resort, despite the name suggesting otherwise. Breakfast was included, but the choices were limited. It’s near the beach, though the location still feels far from where things are happening. For this price, I think you can find better options. It felt expensive.

For the price, I’d give it three stars at most. I paid around 18K a night, though to me it wasn’t worth more than 4K. Service was okay, but they wouldn’t budge on any of their prices, even when the value didn’t seem to be there. The website photos looked great, but the place didn’t come close to what they showed, which was disappointing. There’s no kitchen, so food is brought in from outside, and dinner has to be ordered by 7 PM at the latest. Breakfast doesn’t start until 8:30 AM, too late if you want to head out for an activity. There’s no hot water, TV, or fridge in the room, and they don’t accept credit cards, so keep that in mind. Other entertainment is at least 20-30 minutes away. Spa and scooter services are outsourced and cost at least two or three times more than other providers at the Cliff.

The room was good, but the included breakfast had very few choices. Although the beach is nearby, it still feels like you’re far from the places where things are happening. The outdoor photos don’t match the property, and the lawn was completely dry and not looked after. It seemed overpriced to me, and I think there are better options for the same money.

The quiet private beach was a real highlight, and we loved being able to walk straight down to it. The villas were comfortable, thoughtfully designed, and blended modern comforts with the natural setting. We also had a wonderful time with the staff, whose warm hospitality made us feel at home. From the cliffside property there are spectacular ocean views, and the whole stay felt serene and refreshing. We’d love to experience it again.
