Park Residency

There’s a lift, and the car park is spacious. The hotel is right in the city center, with clean rooms and basics like a tea maker, bath towel, toothbrush kit, and soap. Breakfast is included, though the choices are limited. There’s also a working restaurant and bar.

The food was awkward, and it arrived very cold after a long wait. Restaurant staff didn’t attend to customers properly, either. The prices didn’t seem fair for the quality or quantity, and they were reluctant to provide a menu card. That left me feeling they might be charging whatever they wished. Very bad service.

The staff were attentive and well behaved, and the location was easy to access. I stayed one night. The clean room was an adequate size for two, and the toilet was clean and well maintained. The facilities felt appropriate for what I paid.

This time, after booking a Deluxe Room for one night through the Goibibo app, the staff didn’t seem very proactive or helpful. I wondered whether that was because I used a third-party app instead of booking directly, but I’m not sure. A few months earlier, I’d stayed at the same hotel after booking directly, and the staff had been much more attentive and responsive. The difference affected my experience.
