The peaceful setting and lovely views made Gold Beach Resort feel like an ideal getaway. I stayed for two days and found the whole property impressively clean. The swimming pool, restaurant, and game zone were all top-notch, and the staff were welcoming from the moment I arrived, taking care to make the stay comfortable. There was a great range of delicious food for different tastes, too. My experience exceeded what I expected, and I'd highly recommend the resort for a relaxing, luxurious break. 👍👍👌👌

The room cost ₹10,000 a night, but the AC didn't work at all. We complained several times and waited for hours, yet nobody came to repair it or gave a proper response. The staff seemed careless and unprofessional, and the service was nowhere near what the price should buy. I'm very disappointed and don't recommend Hotel Gold Beach Resort. It wasn't worth the money.

The food was really nice, the staff were friendly and polite, and service was good. The swimming pool was well maintained, and the location was good too. The rooms were only okay for the price, though. I've stayed in better rooms with better facilities at Novotel and other hotels for the same money. Also, the beach wasn't very clean, and low tide left the water so far from the hotel that we couldn't get a close look at the sea.

The service from Jeremy, Denzil, Chintan and Samiran was wonderful. They were sweet with us and the other guests, always serving with a pleasant smile. Chef Aktar and Anna made excellent dosa and omelette, and we had a comfortable stay at this excellent property. There was a medical emergency, so we were delayed by one day. Even after asking many times, the hotel wouldn't refund any of the money. We offered to have it applied to our food bill instead, but they wouldn't do that either. The phone staff were extremely rude and snobbish. The hotel should look into this.

The beachside setting was the best part of our relaxing two-day staycation at Gold Beach Resort. The peaceful surroundings were well kept, and our clean, comfortable room had a great view. KIMI DINA and NILESH were courteous and ready to help throughout, and the service was prompt. We enjoyed the tasty food and its good variety as well. A lovely spot for a short break to unwind and recharge. I'd recommend it and would like to return.
