A nice hotel for families.

The rooms are luxurious, and the staff are very cooperative.

I arrived at 6 AM, but the second of the two rooms I'd booked wasn't available until evening. The AC was broken and took three days to repair. With only five rooms on each floor and no security guard, I didn't feel safe. The back route to Hotel Icon, Patna was poorly lit too. They didn't provide toothpaste, soap, or hand wash when I asked. At checkout, the owner insisted on cash instead of payment through the Fab Hotel site. I was first told the bill would be 12,700 INR, but paid about 13,200 INR. Fab Hotel, acting as a channel partner, provided terrible service, especially Jyoti. Jyoti from Fab Hotel support didn't answer any of my calls during my five days in Patna. I've attached screenshots of the calls and conversation as proof. I won't recommend Fab Hotels to anyone in my group or company. If I could, I'd give no stars to either the hotel or its channel partner.

Even though I'd prepaid through Agoda and Agoda confirmed the booking, the hotel said no room had been booked. Management said they'd told Agoda the hotel was full. The next day, they moved us to a substandard hotel. A terrible experience with both the hotel and Agoda.
