Fabhotel Palash

The food was delicious, and I'd give it five stars on its own. The decoration was good too, and the service was very good. The staff were professional, and I really enjoyed the party overall. I booked this place for my daughter's first birthday and arranged the decoration, food, and car entry through them. I'd recommend it if you want a grand birthday party. The car entry had been planned, but no car was available, so that part was spoiled and I wasted the money I paid for it. That's the only reason I'm not giving five stars.

Bad service, and the food didn't keep its flavor. We called the waiters many times, but they weren't available and ignored guests. The location and parking are awful, and there's no parking for your guests. Terrible experience. I wouldn't book or go there.

We booked this banquet for an engagement, but they accepted another booking for the same day as well. That meant the service was delayed by four hours. The staff were rude and arrogant, and the service was dreadful. Never book this banquet.

We arrived at 7pm after booking three rooms, but they hadn't been cleaned. We had to wait while staff swept them in front of us before we could go in. The sink had no water either. Breakfast was included in our price, but the next morning the hotel said they couldn't provide it because they had wedding events, except for bread. The location isn't good, and there was no restaurant or food nearby. We were disappointed throughout. Book at your own risk.
