The rooms are neat and clean, and the food is excellent. The bar is a little expensive.

Food costs so much it feels like I'm at a 5-Star Hotel, and the service is very bad. The whole room was full of cockroaches. I heard Mr. Pramanik is the head of room service, and he misguides people a lot.

The rooms and bathrooms were so clean, and the staff were good with very fast service. I visited recently and found the hotel amazingly nice. Thanks, I hope to visit again.
