At checkout I had to pay ₹1400, even though the room price was clearly listed as ₹1200. Nobody gave me a valid explanation for the extra charge. The staff were also rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional, with no concern for customer satisfaction. I strongly don’t recommend this hotel.

I had booked a room in advance, but still waited a long time at reception. At first the staff refused to let me check in, which caused a lot of inconvenience and harassment. After I asked repeatedly, they finally gave me a room. This behavior was unacceptable, and I urge management to take immediate action so it doesn’t happen to another guest.

When I raised concerns, the staff seemed uninterested and didn’t help. The room hadn’t been cleaned properly, with dust on the furniture and a poorly maintained bathroom. It was a really unpleasant stay.

The image looks AI generated. Don’t book through Oyo or any app. Go see the place first, then decide.

There were lots of mosquitoes in the rooms, which were just okay. Staff behavior wasn’t good, and there was no service.
