We booked three nights, but the stay was so awful that we moved to another hotel around 9:30 at night. The room door didn't lock properly, and the lift would take you up to the third floor but not back down, so stairs were the only way down. The pillows and blankets were stained and grey, and there was dust everywhere. There weren't any basic toiletries, towels, soap, or even drinking water. I called more than ten times and went to reception, but someone was there or answered only about 10% of the time. The hallway was dark and smelled bad. There was no restaurant in the hotel, despite the buffet photos still shown online. The pictures on Agoda and other booking sites don't match what you actually get. Check recent reviews before booking.

The stay was very uncomfortable and horrible. Staff's behavior and the way they looked at us were disgusting. If you don't book online, they charge far too much. The online price showed 1700, but the amount charged online was 2500. Breakfast was idly and vada.

Anil, the caretaker, gave us great service. He even went out of his way to find us cabs and help negotiate the fare. He deserves a raise 😁

The room was hygienic, the price was decent, and service was good. Check-in was easy, and there are bars and restaurants nearby. It was my first time finding a smart TV with a working connection in a budget room, instead of cable with only free regional channels. The kettle was useful for the weather and air conditioning. Power backup was the one thing missing, and parking could have been better. I booked through OYO at a very good price, though it wasn't the property's actual price. I spoke with the OYO helpdesk and got the deal sorted easily. I'd recommend the place.

The location is right on a busy road, so parking is a hassle. Rooms are alright, but poor ventilation leaves them feeling stale. The complimentary breakfast is a joke, there's no point serving guests that garbage in the morning.
