I regret ignoring the bad reviews and booking here. The room cleaning was poor, they charged extra after booking, and both the washroom and bed were dirty. The staff and owner behaved very badly. The bad reviews are true. Guys, don't go to this hotel.

They charge more once you arrive, and you can't reach them by phone to confirm the price or what is going on. If you come from far away or arrive at night, you're left with no option.

The interior looks beautiful, but what good is that when the place is so unhygienic? The reception number doesn't work, the room and washroom are dirty, and the floor isn't cleaned. There are no shampoos or grooming items, and no room cleaning service. The stairs are extremely narrow and very dirty, with spilled food and drinks, unwashed laundry, and detergent on the floor, a serious tripping hazard. The AC barely works and the power goes out often. No wonder there are so many bad reviews. Stop replying to every review that you'll work on it when you clearly won't. Good for nothing.

The restaurant had a wide selection of delicious food and a great atmosphere, and the location made it easy to explore, with attractions, shopping, and public transport close by. The room was immaculate, with a stunning city skyline view, a very comfortable bed, a quality coffee maker, and luxurious bath products. I appreciated the welcome note and fresh flowers too. Staff were friendly and professional, and seemed genuinely interested in making my stay good. They gave me helpful recommendations for dining and attractions and were available whenever I needed something. Check-in was quick and smooth, and they offered a complimentary drink while I waited.
