The room was in awful shape, with a dirty bathroom, faulty furniture, and no cleanliness. The food was shocking too, it tasted old and unhygienic. Staff were rude, ignored our requests, and took hours to sort out basic problems. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve had, and it wasn’t worth it at all.

This was my first visit to Manali, and I really enjoyed staying here. The staff behaved very well and the service was excellent. Breakfast was fantastic, and dinner was good too. They took the customer's requirements into account in everything. I highly recommend staying here if you come.

The hotel says it has 24-hour electricity, but we had frequent power cuts and sometimes went for long hours without power. The lights, charging points, and basic appliances couldn’t be used, which made the stay very uncomfortable. There was no proper backup, and despite complaining several times, nothing was fixed. The online information was misleading and the facilities were very poor. I was extremely disappointed and wouldn’t recommend the hotel.

The food was fresh and delicious, and the rooms were sparkling clean and cozy. The staff were friendly, attentive, and showed exceptional hospitality. My only small complaint was that the Wi-Fi was slow at times. Everything else was top-tier, and Dls Devlok Hotel was a welcoming, comfortable place to stay! 🏔️✨

I’ve stayed here for the third time, and it’s a comfortable family hotel. It’s near Hidimba team, but the area is quiet, so you can get a good rest. A happy stay, and I’d choose it again.
