The rooms were neglected, with no cleaning, towels, or basic toiletries. Room service isn’t available, and the front desk seems unable to use the phone. When you do reach them, even a simple request can take 2 to 3 hours, usually with an excuse about having 10-12 orders waiting. The staff made me feel like an inconvenience instead of a paying guest. This stay tested my patience from start to finish. It’s a masterclass in running a place into the ground. Save your money and sanity, and stay somewhere else.

The room had no hot water, its phone didn’t work, and the door lock was broken. They also tried to charge more than the price we’d agreed on, and the rotis were old and reheated. My Mutton Rogan Josh came undercooked. When I raised it, staff argued instead of admitting there was a problem. The food and service were terrible, and there was no accountability. Not recommended.

This is nowhere near the lively parts of Manali, though it is close to Jogini. The food was terrible, and room service wasn’t available, not even for hot drinking water. The owner was rude, too. They didn’t answer my many calls before the stay, then blamed me at check-in for not paying an advance, even though no one had told me about it or returned my calls. The owner’s behavior at check-in would ruin the mood of a vacation. Not an ideal place to stay.

The hotel is right on the highway, with a great location and parking, but it isn’t worth staying at. They accepted our booking through Expedia, then refused to check us in and gave the rooms to a group that had booked offline. One receptionist was very ill-mannered and didn’t know how to speak to guests.
