Hotel Volga Residency

Service was quick and responsive, and the calm atmosphere made it a relaxing place to stay. Dapoli Volga Hotel is right in the heart of Dapoli, with convenient access to beaches and local attractions. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well maintained, and the staff are friendly, polite, and helpful. Hygiene standards are good. It seems suitable for families and groups, and offers good value for money.

The rooms were clean and hygienic, the ambience was good, and the food was delicious. Our staff picnic at Volga Residency was a really pleasant stay, with cooperative and helpful staff. We’re grateful to Mr. Shetty (Manager) and his core team for the hospitality and service.

We’d been moved here as guests from another resort and had even paid a deposit. When we arrived at night, a person who said he was the owner of Volga Resort was extremely rude. He snatched the keys from our hands and shouted at us to leave without trying to understand what had happened. The arrogance and disrespect were unacceptable, with no manners or professionalism. I would never recommend this place.

The atmosphere was superb and the service was nice. Especially at breakfast, the Amboli was very tasty. We’ll keep coming back. Thank you!
