Mr Akhil, who manages the property, was warm and helpful. The place was clean, accessible, and had a nice ambience. It’s in a pleasant residential area near the centre of New BEL Road, between Majestic and Yashwantpur. The price is on the high side.

There’s a Reliance grocery store nearby, plus a park for exercise, and the location worked really well for us. We stayed on the 3rd floor in a place with three bedrooms, each with a spacious attached bathroom. The beds were clean, and the living room had comfortable sofas, a TV, and a dining table. Sunlight reached all three bedrooms and the living room. The kitchen was nice, though I wished it had more utensils, such as a frying pan. We managed to cook a few things with what was available. I also would have liked Netflix on the TV, but it was okay. A great place to stay in that area, and I’d recommend it.

The apartments are well maintained, with a lift and power backup, and guests also get complimentary breakfast. Stay zone is a serviced APARTMENT on a lane leading to NEW BEL road, Bangalore, close to the MAIN road for convenience. Each apartment has two spacious bedrooms, a visitors hall with a TV and SOFA, plus a DINING AREA. The kitchen comes with a stove and gas connection, microwave oven, fridge, and a few cooking vessels.

Rooms are very clean and well looked after. Each floor has three bedrooms and a shared living room with a sofa and dining table. Parking is limited to two cars at most, so that’s why I’m taking off one star.
