The Rilassante Serviced Suites

The toilet smelled, and they moved us to another room only after repeated complaints. The rooms are clean but the decor is old. Mr Uttam at the front desk was supportive, though he didn't have the authority to resolve things. Mr Manik, the restaurant incharge, was outstanding for courtesy, food preparation, service, and customer care. The management members listed with contact numbers, Ms Asthrid and Mr Dinesh, were insensitive and reluctant to respond properly. On the Goibibo portal we were charged INR 1047 for extra dinner for our three family members, but what was offered was a basic veg dal and 2 chapati limited thali listed at INR 310 on the menu. That was obviously upsetting, and the remotely operating managers couldn't help, then stopped responding. Room: 3.5/5. Food and service, Manik Dada: 6/5.

It's easy to eat out here, with lots of coffeeshops and restaurants nearby. The rooms are small but clean, and although there aren't many staff, they're prompt.

Room service is poor, and the front desk staff, especially the lady, were horrible in their behaviour. It didn't feel like a 3-star place at all. I definitely wouldn't recommend staying here.

The hotel is good overall, but the food menu is pretty expensive. Also, not every room has an iron, which can be inconvenient.
