Lemon Tree Hotel Dapoli

The coastline and fort views from the resort were really nice, and we had a great weekend. Vikas and pretty much the whole team were warm and welcoming, honestly the sweetest staff I've come across at any hotel or resort. The buffet had a good spread for vegetarians and tasted nice, and the other food was good too. The pool, indoor games, and the rest of the amenities were all in nice condition.

The location was easy to find and gave us convenient access to nearby attractions and the beach. We had a peaceful stay with no noise issues, and all the amenities were in top condition. For the premium experience, it was good value for money, and I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Dapoli. Our room was spotless and comfortable, with a stunning sea view. We enjoyed the delicious food and the overall ambience. The friendly staff made the trip even better. Thanks to Mr Ismail and Mr Sanket at the front desk for their support, Restaurant Manager Mr Pratik for the great service, and security guard Mr Balchandra ji for being so kind and professional from the moment we arrived.

We stayed two nights to relax, in room 202, and slept really well. The food was awesome, mostly a five-star experience, and service was good. Still, I'd put the rating at 3.5. The property has a lot going for it, but small lapses, poor training, and lack of oversight bring it down. It's super, but DEFINITELY NOT Lemon Tree standards yet. The view was lovely until you looked down from the window at the filth and rubble. A shed would hide that from guests. The three boiled eggs we ordered to the room were rotten. They cooked fresh ones when we asked, and those were good, but it felt like they tried to palm off overnight spoiled eggs. Too bad. Food is generally on the spicy side, which it doesn't need to be. Housekeeping needs attention: the fan in 202 was filthy, and the bathroom body lotion bottle was empty at check-in. The breakfast deck tables weren't usable when the weather was pleasant, they were dirty and not set up for guests. The car park needs a shed too, since expensive cars can't sit in the blazing sun all day. Several crucial details need fixing to make this an unbeatable destination near Dapoli.

The sea view from the property added a peaceful, beautiful touch to our stay. Our furry companion was welcomed and cared for, and that pet-friendly hospitality made the experience even more memorable. The rooms were spacious and extra comfortable, great for a relaxing getaway, and the staff were courteous and attentive, always making things pleasant and hassle-free. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. We had a truly wonderful stay at Lemon Tree Resort, Dapoli, and I'd highly recommend it for comfort, great service, and a peaceful coastal escape.
