OYO 30754 Hotel A P Palace

I was here on an office trip and booked through Goibibo. When I asked the manager for a tax invoice at check-in, he reacted as though I'd asked for half the property. He only agreed after I showed him Goibibo's terms and conditions. The upkeep was poor. There were cobwebs in the bathroom, dust on the table and chairs, and it seemed like they only cleaned the bed. The AC worked well but made a lot of noise. I also asked for a bedsheet because a blanket was too hot, but despite the manager agreeing, it took 3 hours to arrive. I had to remind him again. There are four clocks at reception showing cities like Moscow and New York, as if they get international travellers. I don't recommend staying here.

Easy enough to find, above Dominos in Mirzapur Darbhanga. The rooms are clean and spacious, and it's good enough for a night. Someone could hold a party here, like a wedding, anniversary, ring ceremony, or birthday party.

Management were professional and behaved well, and they allow entry at any time. Local couples aren't allowed, and cash payment is preferred. I paid approximately ₹1700 for a dual bed plus ₹200 GST, around ₹2000 for one night's stay. The furniture in the room was quite dusty, and it felt overpriced for the service and room condition. The room I was given wasn't the one I booked.

The staff were decent, and the hotel is near the station, about 15-20 minutes by rickshaw. The rooms were dirty and the linen was just okay. There's no restaurant, but you can call reception and they'll arrange a meal in your room.
