The Celebration Van Vilas Kanha

We spent two nights here and really enjoyed the food, with an awesome spread. The games room was kept in great shape, and the staff were amazing. I wouldn't put much stock in the other reviews based on our stay. Highly recommend it if you're looking for a place near Khatia gate.

The rooms were in very poor shape, old, badly maintained, and poorly painted. They didn't match what had been promised when we booked. My family and I were shocked and deeply disappointed by the whole experience during our stay on 29/12/2025. We had reserved two separate rooms. On arrival, we weren't given any information. After we left the room and handed over the keys, they demanded payment. The manager insisted we pay Rs. 5,100 for two children despite our concerns, and we had to pay it on the spot. His manner was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional, the first time we'd faced such conduct at a hotel. I'm raising this as a serious concern for upper management. The lack of transparency and poor upkeep harm guest trust and the hotel's reputation. I expect an explanation for the additional charges, an apology for the manager's behavior, and action to prevent other guests being treated this way. I look forward to a prompt response.

We booked for three days, but left within 12 hours because the room was so unhygienic, the service was poor, and the food was bad. They didn't give our money back. They ask for an advance when you book, then keep it if you leave because the conditions are too bad to stay in. Please don't choose this hotel.

We found Celebration Resort Kanha a lovely place to slow down and take in the natural surroundings. The food was tasty, the staff polite, and our room was clean. A peaceful stay for enjoying the beauty of Kanha.
