I slept really well on the super soft bed, and the large, clean room was comfortable and fresh, with everything we needed. The staff were polite, helpful, and always smiling, and looked after us so well. The place was beautiful and peaceful, breakfast was fresh and yummy, and it felt like great value for money. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this hotel.

Dear Bro, We really enjoyed our stay in your family rooms. They're very spacious, and both the rooms and bathrooms were clean and working properly. I didn't have any problems. The staff were friendly, especially the receptionist. Since our family is vegetarian, your pure vegetarian restaurant is a great fit for us. Your hotel and service are very good. The staff at Omega Residency, Darjeeling were polite, respectful, and always ready to help. Our room was cozy and nicely decorated, and the whole hotel was clean and well cared for. The bathroom was spotless, with good fittings and proper hygiene. We had a wonderful stay here and would recommend it.
