Hotel Amaira

A sweet pup greeted us when we arrived, and I wish I’d had another chance to meet him or her. Everything was clean, from the room to the bathroom, and any problem we had was sorted out right away. The staff were cordial and polite, and the food was really great. I stayed four days and loved it. I'll stay here whenever I visit darjeeling again. 10/10 recommended, please keep the service as it is.

Of the three hotels on our Sikkim Darjeeling tour, this was the best experience. The team took time with us and paid attention to everything, from food to service. It felt friendly and personal, not just formal. Mr.Nima's conversations helped us learn about the surroundings, so now we can shape our Darjeeling trip instead of having to plan it. The balcony and dining area had a beautiful morning view. There was one room issue, but since we hadn't told the staff, I won't share it here. Thanks to Chef Sisters, Mr.Nima, and Mr.Bicky the Driver.

The staff were polite and the rooms were clean. The food wasn't very good, though. The kitchen was messy, and the oil used in the gravy didn't seem good. Still, it was good overall 😊.

The service and food were good, and the staff were friendly and efficient. Early morning checkout was a little inconvenient because nobody was available to help with the luggage. Otherwise, I'd recommend it.
