Hotel Apsara Darjeeling

Waking up to the beautiful mount kanchenjunga view from the window was a highlight. The hotel is also well located, with the local market easy to reach and taxi service right in front. Our room was cozy, clean, and well maintained, and room service was prompt. The restaurant is pure vegetarian, with delicious food and a good range of choices. Staff were courteous, helpful, and professional throughout, making us feel welcome and cared for. I'd recommend this classic hotel for its comfortable stay, service, and views.

Mr. ARINDOM BOSE and his team were the best hotel staff I've met, hardworking and polite. They kept things on time, from check-in to room service, and maintained high cleanliness standards. Our rooms at Hotel APSARA were spacious and spotless, with lovely decor and comfortable beds. The attentive staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. The location was close to the main attractions, yet quiet at night, and the breakfast buffet had a huge variety and tasted delicious. We had an amazing time, highly recommend it, and will definitely come back.

My guest had a horrible stay. The owner, staff, and service were pathetic. The bed was much too hard to be comfortable, the floor wasn't clean, and the bathroom had very low water flow and was damaged. The switchboard didn't work when they tried charging a phone. A waste of money and time. I don't recommend it.

The manager and staff behaved really well, and both the quality and quantity of the food were good. The hotel is in a very good location, and we had a really nice experience there.
