The place needs an upgrade. The rooms and property feel very old, and cleanliness and hygiene need attention. There’s no parking, even for a minute, and no food service, so you have to arrange your own meals. Slum houses behind the property also made it hard to feel like I was on vacation.
The owner was very rude, and room service was really poor. I wouldn’t recommend visiting.
We stayed here for two nights in November. The rooms felt a little old, and I really wish the place had an elevator. Still, the staff handled every request quickly, from fresh bedsheets and hot water to food. We were well looked after during our stay.
We had a good experience. The manager was polite and friendly, and our room and balcony had wonderful views. Food quality was great too. Mall Road is just a 5-7 minute walk away, which made the location very convenient.
Room 405 had a great view, and the room was large and clean. We paid RS. 2000 and had a good stay. The only drawback was the lift service. I’d recommend staying here.
