Hotel Madhushrie Agra

The room smelled awful, the sheets weren't clean, and the place felt really unhygienic. On top of that, the staff were very rude. Worst hotel.

The bathroom had a broken soap dispenser, and nobody came to clean the room even after I complained at reception. There was a strong cigarette smell, and the room was filthy. I found leftover beer cans and a used glass in the cupboard, with dirt and dust behind the bed and a used pillowcase on it. The lobby was dirty too, with cigarette ash everywhere. Never visiting this property.

Room service was handled really well by Rahul, who clearly knows his job and did it properly. Mr. Pramod Tiwari also made sure we had a comfortable stay. The hospitality was very good, and the staff were cooperative and friendly with guests.

During my official visit in April 2025, I stayed at Hotel Madhushree, Agra, and felt unsafe and badly treated. When I asked for basic cleaning, the receptionist shouted at me and falsely said I had been drinking. As a practicing Muslim, I found that deeply insulting. He even grabbed my phone by force when I tried to record what he was doing. The hotel felt unprofessional and unsuitable for guests. Management needs to take strict action and improve guest safety. I strongly advise against staying here for business or personal trips.
