Housekeeping was poor: used soaps, shampoo sachets, and other things had been left on the window ledges. I was shocked to find about three or four sets of this stuff. There are safety and privacy concerns too. The washroom windows don't close fully, so someone in the other washroom can easily see into mine.
Our booking was canceled at the last minute despite being fully paid online, apparently because the hotel had a payment issue with OYO. If they aren't receiving payment, why work with OYO? It feels like they're fooling customers. You could end up standing on the road at the last minute, so I advise everyone to avoid booking here.
The rooms are tiny, and paying extra on top of the OYO price won't get you a bigger one. Cleanliness was just okay.
The management was awful, and this is the worst place I've ever visited. I won't recommend OYO to anyone now. OYO is a useless service.
Everything else was good, and the room was clean, but it had a bit of a smell. The TV wasn't working.
