There was no hot water at any point, and even after I told the staff several times, they did nothing to fix it. For the high rates they charge, that’s unacceptable. The staff were rude, arrogant, and unhelpful, especially the night manager, Mr. Amen, who spoke disrespectfully. They showed no concern for guests’ comfort. The service was extremely poor, and the whole experience was bad and not worth the money. I’d suggest choosing a dharamshala instead. I’d never recommend this hotel.

My wife and I felt unsafe and uncomfortable after an auto driver deliberately took us to this hotel, apparently because the driver gets commission. He acted intimidating and looked like a gangster. I kept quiet to avoid trouble while traveling with my wife. The hotel’s tie-up with auto drivers was what shocked me most. The staff were unfriendly, rude, and unprofessional, with no respect or hospitality. I had to carry my own luggage. The food was pathetic and third-class in both taste and quality, nowhere near what was promised or charged for, and completely overpriced. This was one of the most horrible stays of my life, and from arrival it felt like we were caught in a scam. The place seems to operate by cheating tourists, especially people new to Rajasthan. The behavior, service, food, and environment were all third-class. I urge the Rajasthan Government and tourism authorities to take strict action because places like this are ruining Rajasthan tourism. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE. Save your money, peace, and safety. The room had a strong, unpleasant smell as soon as I walked in, and staying there was uncomfortable. There was no hot water, even after I raised it with staff several times. The food was tasteless and seemed unhygienic, while service was slow and careless. Staff were rude and argumentative when I asked for help, and they added unexplained charges to the bill. With poor hygiene, bad food, and the way the bill was handled, I felt the stay was a waste of money. I wouldn't recommend it.

Avoid this place. The toilets and bedsheets were dirty, and there wasn't even soap or shampoo in the washroom. The room cleaning wasn't done properly, and room service was very bad. The hotel was overpriced, and the staff seemed unprofessional. Even a dharamshala would be better.
