I went twice, once for dinner with family and once for lunch with friends, using nearby coupons. Each time, one or two things promised in the coupon were missing, so keep that in mind if you’re treating someone. Dinner was average, but lunch was completely tasteless. The Shahi Paneer and Kadhai Paneer were both bland, and service wasn’t good either. We had to remind them about basics like plates and spoons.

The staff were very rude, and when we complained they switched off the intercom. The mattresses were awful, with springs sticking out, cleanliness was 0/10, there was a water problem in the bathroom, and the geysers didn’t work. I’d rather stay in a dharamshala. Never plan to stay here. Worst hotel in Jaipur.

Room 103 had no drinking water, even though the property is in a good location. The bedsheets and towels were torn, the room wasn’t clean, food was cold, and water was dripping from the AC. Nobody answered the reception phone, and there was no one to provide service. No Wi-Fi, room service, working TV, or working AC, and the washroom wasn’t clean. Staff weren’t there and the room wasn’t cleaned. I’m really upset. Please improve the service, otherwise people won’t come. Very poor service, just a waste of money.

The hotel has been renovated, and the new management has made things better. We enjoyed the hospitality, and the dishes from their kitchen were delicious.

For this price, the service is good. The hotel is in a prime spot in Vaishali Nagar, with transport easy to find and the railway station not too far away. There are also restaurants, a regular market, and grocery shops nearby.
