The balcony view is top notch, and the room is big enough for a family of three with a child under 10. Food quality is really good, though the cafe isn’t permanent. Bathrooms are small but have the basic amenities. They provided soap, two shampoo pouches, and a sealed one-litre water bottle. Staff weren’t rude or behaving badly, but you have to ask for everything before they arrange it. They don’t seem properly trained to handle guests, and communication is lacking. Mall Road and Batasia Loop are both about 3 km away.

The facilities and food were good, and warm water was available. There’s a view room, too, with a great look at Kanchanjangha, the toy train, and Darjeeling city. I had a good experience overall. 👍

I didn’t expect this kind of unpleasant behavior from a reputed hotel. The number listed on the website is fake, and when you call it, they give you a wrong number. They should enter the correct details before doing business.

The food was so good, and the staff were very humble. There’s a very good mountain view from the terrace. It’s quite far from the mall market, but I highly recommend it.
