The staff were polite and supportive throughout, and the peaceful atmosphere and well managed service made the stay feel more like home than a hotel. Hotel Olive Branch had cozy, comfortable, well-maintained rooms, with a real sense of cleanliness and warm hospitality. The staff were kind and polite, and the owner deserves special thanks for being so humble, welcoming, and kind. The food was excellent, hygienic, and delicious. Management was organized and attentive, our cozy, clean room was comfortable, and room service was prompt. Everything from the hospitality to the comfort made for a smooth, pleasant stay. The hillside roads are steep, so they could be difficult for elderly family members. Aside from that, everything was excellent. The hotel is about 10 minutes from the busy Mall Road area, with a nice balance of quiet and activity. Kanchenjunga looks stunning from the rooms, and even better from the terrace. The owner and staff were very polite and helpful, always happy to plan a good experience. Special thanks to Mr. Vivek, who patiently and politely drove us around the city and made sure we didn't miss anything.

The service was good, and Avinash was always there to help with whatever we needed. The rooms were good, though small. Mall Road is a 10-minute walk away, but the owner gave us his car for pick up and drop off for one day. Keep up the good work, Avinash.

For three days, the owner was incredibly kind and helpful. We talked a lot, shared so much, and I really learned a lot from him. Honestly, it's the best experience I've had, with the management and everything else being amazing too.
