Rock Regency Mount Abu - A Boutique Rodetel Hotel

The food is the highlight for me. It's outstanding and reasonably priced, and the menu is worth exploring. Hakka noodles and white sauce pasta are especially good, so you won't need to head out for a meal in Mount Abu if you stay here. The hotel feels like a proper 3 star place and has hot water all day, though it cools down in the morning when lots of people are using it faster than it heats up. The room size and amenities feel a bit pricey for the rate.

Even after I reported the problem, the staff did nothing, with no urgency or sense of responsibility. My room was far from clean: there were bugs and even worms. That's unhygienic and unacceptable, and points to poor housekeeping and maintenance. Paying for comfort and cleanliness and getting this was really disappointing. I hope management improves its hygiene standards. I wouldn't recommend staying here until the issues are addressed.

For this budget, this would be a great choice. The rooms are decent and spacious, and the staff are very courteous. Mr. Dilip Kumar in particular was very cooperative.

Really good rooms, and the service is especially top class. A hotel you must visit.
