I booked two rooms at Hotel Shiv Villa for three nights from 10th May, to celebrate my son’s first birthday. The choice turned out to be right. The rooms could use a little more renovation, though for the tariff their condition was decent. They were cleaned every day and hygiene was maintained properly. The staff were helpful and supportive. Head Chef Mr. Bhavesh took care of all my food requests throughout the stay and was happy to help with customised items too. Restaurant prices were reasonable, and the food tasted very good. The parking area is tight, with room for only about 5 to 6 cars. We had a five-star experience. Kudos to Hotel Shiv Villa Team, keep it up!

We had a great stay at Hotel Shiv Villa on 6-7th Feb. It’s close to almost all the main tourist spots in Mount Abu, so getting around was easy. Check-in, room service, and everything in between went smoothly. The staff were humble, polite, and ready to help with a smile. Our rooms and bathrooms were clean and well maintained. The food was really good too, especially the dinner, which the chef made exactly as we requested. That personal touch made a big difference. We had a really nice stay and would definitely recommend the place to anyone visiting Mount Abu.

Happy to be here at hotel shiv villas. The staff are polite and supportive, and the food is amazing. I especially enjoyed the sandwiches and tea. It’s an amazing place, just 1 km from Nakki Lake.

I stayed two days at Hotel Shiv Villa, booking through agoda for 5000/-. That felt a little high, though it was a long weekend, so it was expected. The hotel is in a peaceful, scenic spot a bit away from the main market. Nakki Lake and other tourist places are just a few minutes away by car or bike. The rooms were spacious for the price, clean, and well maintained, and housekeeping kept them tidy. Hot water, TV, and Wi-Fi all worked fine. Food was decent and homely, with simple tasty meals, but the menu wasn’t very extensive. Room service was prompt and polite. The staff were friendly and cooperative, offered local guidance and travel arrangements, and check-in and checkout were smooth. A comfortable, budget-friendly stay with good hospitality and a peaceful atmosphere. Pros: clean rooms, polite staff, peaceful location, and value for money. Cons: a little far from the main market and limited food options.

We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Hotel Shiv Villa. The staff were friendly and cooperative, the rooms and washrooms were spacious and clean, and the food was amazing. They arranged everything for us, including rooftop tables, a bonfire, and sides for drinks. The location was quiet and peaceful, and the terrace had lovely sunsets and sunrise views.
