The staff are really trying their best, and the hospitality is the best part. They and the food were clean and hygienic, and the team was doing its best to give guests a good experience. The rooms are big and okay, though they could be improved. Given the staff's limited literacy, a few hiccups are understandable. I suggest adding DND signs, since there aren't any.

I stayed with my family, and the rooms were in very poor condition, clearly not maintained, with cleanliness problems throughout. Service was also below standard, and staff were slow to respond. The billing was especially troubling: I understood the applicable GST under government guidelines to be 5%, but the hotel charged 18% without a clear explanation. When I asked about it, no proper justification was given, which felt like an attempt to mislead and overcharge guests. This was a very disappointing experience with poor rooms, poor service, and questionable billing. Check your bill carefully. I strongly advise against staying here, especially with family.

The ambience is top notch, and there's plenty of parking. Food prices are reasonable, with good quality and quantity. The restaurant area seemed somewhat clean, but the table mats were dusty, the water bottles were sticky, and dusting looked neglected in almost every area. The rooms are big and clean, though cleanliness isn't maintained properly and the room condition needs attention and renovation in places. Service was okay, staff behavior somewhat decent, but some staff came to the doorstep at checkout asking for tips with “khush kar dijiye aap”; after I said no, they asked why. When you enter reception, two pet dogs welcome you. They're well trained by their master and harmless to guests. They roam freely but don't bother anyone. Somewhat recommended. The property needs more careful upkeep.

The food was a highlight, fresh and flavorful with a nice variety. Staff were polite, attentive, and ready to help with a smile, so the hospitality and service made for a very pleasant, comfortable stay. Highly recommended.
