Service was basically nonexistent, the Wi-Fi was very poor, and the TV recharge had expired; the remote didn't work properly either. The bedsheet was dirty, the washroom was in chawl-type condition, and there were no bathroom slippers or toiletry kit. There was seepage on the wall. I also found 3-4 empty wine bottles in the room, which is shameful when you're staying with family.

I paid 5500 for a room that was tiny and filthy, with an especially dirty bathroom. The bed was very dirty too. The phone didn't work, and both the room door and bathroom door were broken. Worst hotel experience I've had. I'd recommend not staying here.

The only thing this hotel has going for it is the location, with anything you need within walking distance. The customer service was awful and the rooms were worse. The mattress was filthy, the blanket seemed unwashed since the hotel opened, and the bathroom wasn't clean. The phone and TV didn't work, and there were insects in the room and even on the bed.

There was no privacy for people, and I felt staying here was dangerous. The manager and her staff member Vikaram abused tourists, damaged a tourist's car, and got into a fight with tourists. The hotel management needs to take action. I advise tourists not to stay here.
