The best thing about this hotel is how close it is to the main market, restaurants, and eateries. Nakki Lake is walkable too. But our one-night stay for two adults and two children cost about ₹4,000, and the room did not feel worth that price. We booked a Super Deluxe Suite with two double beds, though the beds were too small for two adults and we barely slept. Cleanliness was below what I expected for that category, and the room itself was average. Checkout was quite early, which made the value worse. There was no parking, and even complimentary bottled water wasn't provided. Staff said they could arrange water for cash. Location is convenient, but comfort, cleanliness, and amenities didn't justify the charge. 2.5/5.

The bathroom was clean and really good, with hot water available continuously until 10.30. I stayed here last week and found the staff behavior and service up to date. The hotel is very near the market and Nakki Lake, just a few steps away. I'd recommend it to others.

Food was so nice, and the rates were very good too. The manager and staff were helpful and gave very good service. Even in the extreme cold, we had hot water early in the morning. The hotel is right in the middle of the city, so the location is very convenient.

The owner’s recommendations were a godsend and made planning so much easier. Service was quick, the rooms were hygienic with clean linen, and the food and morning tea were delicious. I had a stress-free stay at the leef inn and really enjoyed it. I'd highly recommend it to families, couples, and both young and older guests.

Ayush Bhaiya made my stay special. He was attentive and incredibly helpful the whole time, going above and beyond to make sure everything was right. The rest of the team were polite, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The hospitality was top-notch. Highly recommended for great service.
