The rooms are sophisticated and well kept, and the service was quick and very polite. It gets cold nearby in winter, which makes for a cozy stay. There’s also a temple close by for people who are religiously disciplined. A really beautiful, high-quality hotel.

The room was dirty and had mosquitoes. In room 102, the bathroom exhaust was very noisy, and the lift wasn’t working. Staff were also inadequate. The waiters called guests “Bhai” instead of “Sir,” and the staff’s behavior was extremely rough. I booked because the photos and reviews looked good, but the place felt cheap. I made a mistake booking here. Very bad experience. Please check before booking.

We had a good, comfortable stay at hotel Sheratone mt Abu and will definitely come back. The boy at reception responded very well whenever we approached him and showed us a lot of regard. The service was really good.

I loved my stay in Sheraton. The rooms are luxurious, with an Italian style, beautiful bathrooms, and excellent linen. Everything was neat and clean, and there was very hot water. The staff were very good and came after one bell. It’s beautiful and glamorous, and I recommend that anyone coming to Mount Abu visit.

They were very rude and wouldn’t even let my wife use the washroom. I cancelled the bookings right away and moved to Radisson. Please avoid this hotel. There are many better options in Mount abu.
