The hotel is on the main road, close to the market, lake, bus depot, and several travel agencies. Rooms were neat and clean, and the staff were polite. The food was average, but the ambience was good. Decent value for money.

Please don’t stay here, even if you have no other option. The rooms are tiny, and the AC was in awful condition. The manager at reception, Prakash Chauhan, spoke to women without manners and used a lot of bad language. The staff, especially one older man, were horrible, and the manager tried to attack us. The police came to the scene. We were charged 100 ₹ for one chopped onion, and GST was charged incorrectly. I’d regret staying here terribly.

The staff and manager were humble, and the positive vibe around the place is why I’d come back. The hotel is close to all the main sightseeing points. I asked for a heritage room and, to my surprise, they upgraded me from Deluxe to Super Deluxe. Superb team, keep rocking!

The food was good quality, and the staff were very friendly. Being near polo ground is another plus, with everything in the bazaar just a minute away.

It’s a great central spot and close to the main point of Abu. Women traveling alone can walk to the market late at night too. The big problems are that there’s no parking and not enough space for kids to play.
