OYO Flagship 13585 Hotel Delight

The rooms were decent, but I wouldn’t consider this place safe for families or couples. The hotel is on the third floor and there’s no lift, and nobody seemed to be at reception most of the time. There were children around 12 or 13 working as room service staff and waiters. When we checked in, the owner was drunk and spoke rudely, as though giving us a room was a favor. He and his friends drank through the night in a room by the entrance with the door open. The atmosphere and staff weren’t good enough. It may suit bachelors, but felt risky for couples and families.

We ate at Deligh Restaurant and really enjoyed the vegetarian food. The Bhindi Masala, Dal Tadka, and Butter Rotis were excellent in both taste and quality. Hotel Delight is also a good budget option, centrally located in Choudhary Complex in Abu Rd, Manpur, at the foothill of Mount Abu, Rajasthan. The accommodation was neat and clean, parking was free, and the basic amenities were good.

The staff were friendly, and the hotel was clean and tidy. The main issue was slow service. I asked for an extra towel and body wash, but they weren’t able to bring them. Aside from that, I thought the staff were great.

The location on the road was the one good thing. The washrooms weren’t clean, the staff were very rude, and there was no housekeeping staff at the hotel. Part of the property was also under construction. Their service needs a lot of improvement.
