Hotel The Royal Dattani

The staff were good, but the room was unhygienic and in very poor shape. Nearly everything was out of order, and the place was very costly.

We booked this for our parents during Janmashtami and the long weekend. After nearly two hours of hassle, management finally gave them a room, having first refused and asked for extra money. The room had dirty sheets and no water, and its condition was below standard. Hygiene and service were terrible, nothing like the Google photos. A very disappointing experience.

The food was so poor that even a roadside vendor served much better, and they charge more than it's worth. There are much better rooms for this rate in Talhati, so I'd go there instead. Don't eat here unless you want to pay extra, and return the food if there's a problem. Call the police immediately if they try anything wrong.

The service was outstanding, and the room was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was good too. I'd visit again 😊😊.
