While we were travelling by train, I ordered lunch from Hotel Krunal in Abu Road and requested Jain food and boiled water. They got both right, and the meal was fresh, hygienic, and really tasty. Every item was well prepared, and the service was prompt and reliable. It’s unusual to get that kind of quality and care while travelling. I’d recommend Hotel Krunal to anyone passing through Abu Road or ordering food on a train.
Tried this place for the first time, and the food was really good in both quality and taste. The Dal Tadka especially reminded me of Bhagat Tarachand Mumbai. Service was very quick too. Definitely worth trying.
We ordered aloo paratha on the train, but it was basically chewy maida with a few potato pieces sprinkled in and no proper stuffing. Pathetic. Don’t order from here if you’re travelling by train through Abu Road.

The location is convenient, near the railway station, and the room was good. Room service was good too, and the food was delicious. The manager and staff were cooperative.
