A decent option for a short, budget stay. The room was okay and basic cleanliness was maintained. Staff were polite, though service could be quicker and better organized. A bit more attention to maintenance and facilities would improve the experience.

The staff were courteous and very helpful, and the Wi-Fi worked excellently. The hotel is close to the railway station and is a convenient base for day trips to Mount Abu. It feels relatively modern, though maintenance seems neglected despite the building services still working well. Our window faced a light well, which made the room feel somewhat claustrophobic, but that could also be a plus when it’s hot outside. Satisfactory overall.

Big room, good service, and polite staff. A decent budget stay, with amenities that are good for the price.
