The hotel is a bit away from the main road, but it’s easy to reach on foot or by car. The room and washroom were very clean, with all amenities, clean sheets, and towels. There were no cupboards or hangers for clothes, though. The manager was very polite, and the tea was very good.

It was quiet and relaxing, with a welcoming, comfortable feel throughout. Check-in was smooth, and the team were cooperative and ready to help with requests. My room was clean and well maintained, and the affordable price felt like good value. I’d consider staying here again.

Mr. Kailash was kind and readily available whenever we needed help. The room was good and had a bathtub in the bathroom, but there was nothing superior about it. The food was average and could be better in both quality and quantity. I booked two nights through Agoda and paid more than the direct price for Superior rooms. I’m not sure whether the property raised the rate or Agoda increased its commission. Check prices by calling the property first, since online prices do surge. Be careful about dealing with Mr. Dinesh. He uses sweet talk to draw customers into services, but doesn’t really help. He misdirects people by taking advantage of uncertain travel plans to book his own taxis and then loot money from them. He also makes false promises, like offering to drop us at the bus stand, then later refuses with excuses. Stay away from him as much as possible. Mt. Abu as a hill station felt like a scam for travel, stay, and food charges. Please visit only if you have a private vehicle and a local person you know very well who can help you genuinely.

The quiet, peaceful atmosphere made for a relaxing getaway at Hotel House of BB, Mount Abu. Our rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained, and the location was convenient for major attractions while still being calm. The staff were polite, helpful, and quick to assist with a smile. Service was professional and prompt. We had a comfortable, memorable stay, and I’d gladly visit again.
